Mindfulness Retreats

Based in the beautiful North Pennines, these weekend events incorporate being with nature, being in community and Mindfulness practices. Mindfulness helps to put modern life in perspective, through gentle meditation and is increasingly used in health services and business for stress reduction. Regular practice has been shown to have profound effects.

Nature Weekends

The healing power of nature is well known. This weekend will include contemplative wandering, guided exploration off the normal tracks and generally getting in touch with nature. Our gentle community approach will complement the activity with serious conversation and compassionate concern.
