We are living in a world in transition. It is becoming increasingly clear that the challenges we have created for ourselves cannot be solved by a ‘few people at the top’.

Despite the many challenges we face, innovative  ideas like ‘Big Society’, ‘Mass Localism’, ‘Power of One, Power of Many’ and many more all point the way to a more effective approach.  One that involves mutual co-creation by the people affected and involved.

This mutual approach is perfectly aligned with the complex challenges we face.  By their nature these challenges comprise myriad interconnected parts. They cannot be understood in simple linear logical ways. Intellect alone is insufficient.

We need the innovation, inspiration and creativity of diverse groups with enlightened self interest, passion and commitment.

At Mutual Inspiration we have extensive experience in working with individuals, teams, organisations and communities to design and facilitate refreshing and mutually inspiring approaches to collaboration, co-creation, and co-design.
