Building Inner Strength

We are all creatures of habit. And behind every habit is a belief – about ourselves, others or the world.

To improve our wellbeing, how good or bad, positive or negative we feel, particularly about ourselves, we need to overcome our limiting beliefs which usually requires great inner strength.

Everyday Wellbeing Level 1: Building Inner Strength, is a 4 week programme that gives you the tools and practices to identify and replace the beliefs that prevent you creating the life you want.

The programme is made up of four modules:

 

Module 1:Expressive

I am learning that I am a unique and special part of the Universe

Develop a new and expanded sense of Self and create a powerful core from which to source who you are.

Experience the Self not limited to feelings, thoughts, sensations or desires.

Develop the I AM, your essence that is indestructible, sovereign and cannot be attacked.

Grow the ability to embody and manifest this essence Self through a personal wellbeing practice.

Module 2:Centred

I am learning to find mindfulness amidst the busyness of life

Develop the practices needed to be centred and mindful in a busy world.

Learn to notice more of what is going on inside and around you.

Appreciate ‘what is’ and avoid blaming and judging.

Connect your thoughts, words and actions with the world around you.

Open to a deeper knowing of what’s needed in any moment.

Develop a level of emotional flexibility using a powerful tool to shift to life affirming responses in the moment.
