From a recent participant in our Everyday Wellbeing programme:

Hello Mike and Patricia,

Hope you are both well and enjoying life.

I do miss those Thursday nights and though I have lost around 10lbs, the conversation at Slimming World is not the same!!!  (though I have succumbed to a piece of chocolate as I write this – ouch poison). I have also re-joined the gym and enjoying that.

My big decision is that I am going to leave my job in December, having realized that I am fairly burnt out in that direction.  Scary but exciting.

I’m off to Woolfest in Cockermouth next Friday to pursue my interest in weaving.

So lots going on.  Again, many thanks for giving me a kick start!!!
