The reusables, recycling and renewables conference grew from an idea at a
2006 RSA coffee house challenge discussion.

In response to an RSA request for Fellows to organise discussions a small group
of about 10 people met up in North Northumberland
and talked about a range of subjects including work/life balance, elder wisdom,
story telling and environmental issues.

Eventually the group successfully applied for an award to enable them to offer
a conference to further explore environmental issues
and perhaps come up with some ideas for action.
